The 2022 International Symposium on Biomimetic Intelligence and Robotics & Orthopaedic Robotics Forum (ISBIR+ORF 2022) was successfully held at Hilton Dali Resort & Spa in Dali, Yunnan, China, during July 26th to 29th, 2022. Congratulations to Pengyu Wang and Zhirui Sun, members of RPAI Lab, for reporting their work at the conference! In addition, all RPAI Lab members assist the conference as volunteers.

ISBIR+ORF 2022 is an affiliated conference of the Elsevier journal of Biomimetic Intelligence and Robotics. Papers accepted for the conference focus on Robotics, AI, Biomimetics and related areas with real applications in Medicine, Services, and Industries .

Dali, a beautiful ancient city, is located in the transitional area between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. The Dali city surrounds the Erhai Lake between the Cang Mountains to the west and the Mount Jizu to the east. It has beautiful natural scenery. Moreover, as the settlement of Bai and Yi minorities since ancient times, the ancient city of Dali has retained its unique historical and cultural features.

After the conference, everyone in the laboratory took a tour of Cang Mountains and Erhai Lake.
